1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using WayBacKₐtor (“Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

WayBacKₐtor helps users request recovery and packaging of historical website data publicly available via the Internet Archive (archive.org) and related tools. Features may include domain analysis, screenshots, archive size estimates, paid downloads, guest order access, and optional Telegram / Google sign-in.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Availability depends on third-party sources and is not guaranteed.

3. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Registration may be temporarily suspended by us without notice when operationally necessary.

4. Orders, balance, and payments

Orders are identified by a unique order code. Analysis and delivery steps follow the order status flow shown in your account. Confirming a paid load may debit your account balance.

Balance top-ups may be processed through third-party payment providers (including cryptocurrency payment processors). Payment provider fees, network delays, and provider rules are outside our control. Deposited funds are used for Service charges according to the prices and rules displayed at the time of the transaction.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed paid recoveries and successful balance charges are non-refundable.

5. Content, copyright, and your responsibility

Material recovered through the Service originates from public web archives and other third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of archived third-party websites.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of recovered material complies with copyright, trademark, privacy, and other applicable laws. You must not use the Service to infringe rights, bypass lawful access controls, distribute malware, or violate archive.org or other third-party terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting unauthorized access; overloading or disrupting infrastructure; scraping beyond normal product use; submitting unlawful domains or payloads; or abusing guest access, bots, or integrations.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as archive.org, Telegram, Google OAuth, and payment processors. Their availability, policies, and outages may affect your experience. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that recovered archives are complete, accurate, deployable without modification, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose. Archive coverage varies by domain and period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WayBacKₐtor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on recovered material.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
